After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

⭐ About the role
Are you a dynamic problem solver who thrives on building things from scratch? In this role you will help design, build and run Monzo’s European payments capabilities as we expand across Europe. You’ll be setting up and managing a multitude of partnerships, leading complex implementation projects, building operational processes that are fit to scale globally, and working closely with product and engineering teams across Payments and EU teams. You will own our Payments Product Operations in Spain, but will support Monzo’s expansion efforts into new markets.

Supporting partner selection and owning relationships with new partners and payment schemes.
Managing payment scheme implementation projects, onboarding and adherence processes.
Partnering with payments engineering and EU product teams to build, launch, and run new payment systems in Europe.
Building new back office processes to manage and scale EU payment systems.
