What you’ll be doing

Are you a strategic sales professional who thrives on landing complex, high-value partnerships — not just closing deals, but reshaping entire retail categories?

As Wolt accelerates its growth across Kazakhstan, we're looking for a Partner Sales Manager to lead the acquisition of major retail chains, grocery networks, and large-format merchants. This is a hunting role: you'll be opening doors that don't yet exist, building C-suite relationships, and signing partnerships that move the needle at scale.

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll

Identify, target, and close enterprise-level retail accounts - national chains, regional grocery networks, pharmacy groups, and large-format retailers

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and executive outreach through commercial negotiation and contract close

Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of high-potential retail opportunities using CRM tools

Develop tailored commercial proposals grounded in data, market insight, and a deep understanding of how Wolt drives incremental revenue for retail partners

Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, operations, and C-suite decision-makers

Partner closely with Merchant Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless
