Description

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.

Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate reporting.

Provide financial insights to stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Assist with audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Profile

A successful Part Qualified Management Accountant should have

Be part-qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Sound understanding of management accounting principles within the property industry.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
