With a HNW client base, complex planning needs and a strong emphasis on professional development, this is an ideal environment for a paraplanner who wants to grow, progress and work closely with Chartered planners. Role Overview You’ll provide technical paraplanning support to two Chartered planners, turning client discussions into high quality research, analysis and suitability reports. Work spans pensions, investments, protection and tax planning. Key Responsibilities
Research & analysis across all advice areas
Preparing suitability reports (AI-supported templates)
Product & provider comparisons
Cashflow modelling
Liaising with providers & maintaining compliant records
Pre/post-sale admin where needed
Improving paraplanning processes & templates
Requirements
Paraplanning experience
Strong technical knowledge (pensions, investments, protection, tax)
Excellent report writing & attention to detail
Confident with planning software (Voyant, CashCalc, Intelliflo)
Good FCA/regulatory understanding
Strong communication & organisational skills
Nice to have: Level 4 Diploma or working towards it
