Job Title: Paid Social Account Manager Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: Competitive + Benefits
About the Role We're looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join a leading global media and marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid social specialist to take ownership of campaign delivery while managing client relationships and driving performance across a range of well-known clients.
You'll play a key role in bridging strategy and activation-ensuring campaigns are executed effectively while delivering strong results and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
Act as a day-to-day client contact, building strong working relationships
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, engagement, etc.)
Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform future strategy
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, and other digital channels
Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of media spend
Support junior team members and contribute to their development
Requirements
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
Strong knowledge of key social platforms and their advertising tools
Confident in analysing data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
