Running Facebook & Instagram ads like it’s second nature

Analysing data, spotting trends, and scaling what works

Experimenting with creative, copy, and audiences to drive ROI

Building trusted relationships with clients who value your expertise

What We’re Looking For

Paid Social experience (agency or in-house), ideally in e-commerce

Confident in Meta Ads Manager — this is your playground

Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and results-focused

Comfortable working directly with clients and owning outcomes

Bonus Points For

TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest or LinkedIn ads experience

Programmatic knowledge (extra edge, not essential)
