About the opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Outsourcing Management to join our Central Outsourcing Management team. The Central Outsourcing Management team is a "second line of defense" function and is responsible for establishing the guidelines & standards, training & education, monitoring & controlling, and reporting to the management. The successful candidate will have a direct hand in shaping the future of this function and contribute to the success of the overall organization.

In this role, you will

Support operationally in keeping the Outsourcing Register up to date

Support the monitoring of the regular performance evaluation of the departments based on defined KPIs and KRIs

Carry out 2nd level controls and sample testing

Support the set up of contingency plans as well as exit & termination strategies by the department and actively monitor any further need for action

Prepare and continuously update training materials

Be responsible for data extraction from various sources and creating data driven reports

Follow up on SLAs and KRI reporting across all business lines

What you need to be successful

Background

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or other relevant areas

2+ years of experience in Sourcing, Vendor Risk, Contract Management, Risk Management, Outsourcing management

Skills

Knowledge of industry-standard outsourcing regulations and risk guidelines to identify problems and propose practical solutions

Strong data literacy with the ability to build and maintain KPI/KRI dashboards

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, critical thinking, as well as the ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
