In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in driving outbound sales and new business acquisition, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales or Business Development Lead who will focus on building a strong pipeline from the ground up and engaging mid market companies in the US and Europe. You will lead efforts in prospecting, starting conversations, and turning cold leads into qualified business opportunities.

What you’ll do

Outbound Pipeline Generation & Ownership

Develop and execute end-to-end outbound prospecting strategies—from planning and targeting through to execution and continuous optimization.

Build and manage high-volume outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, sequencing tools)

Identify and target mid-market EU and US scale-ups (20–50+ FTE pods)

Maintain a consistent flow of qualified top-of-funnel opportunities

Commercial Engagement & Opportunity Creation

Engage directly with founders, operators, and VP-level stakeholders

Pitch and position our services in a clear, compelling, and commercially strong manner

Drive alignment on initial job requirements (JDs)

Convert cold conversations into qualified, actionable opportunities

Deal Handover & Pipeline Progression

Transition qualified opportunities to the Onboarding / Sol
