The company delivers products and services to the medical community in an effective and sustainable manner. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Orthopaedic Product Manager to join their experienced team. You will be the commercial lead for a portfolio of products, understanding customers’ requirements and translating them into marketing strategies, product launch plans and forecasting. For this range of products, you will be the ‘company expert’, managing budgets, providing training, marketing materials and case support. You will plan for the future by assessing market trends, new products, conducting market research and undertaking due diligence. You will lead multiple projects simultaneously, working in a collaborative manner with all members of the company, customers and stakeholders to direct the future of the organisation’s product offering.
Please note suitable candidates would ideally live between London and Oxford.
Achieving sales targets on the product segment responsible for
Develop and execute product marketing strategies to achieve stated revenues and market share objectives
Drive the product marketing message through compelling campaigns and social media strategies
Develop a product roadmap and communicate the vision and value to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process;
Plan and manage exhibitions and events
Research competitor offerings and propose a counteractive strategy
Deliver product training to the sales team and customers
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products and untapped opportunities through discussion, surveys, focus groups and sales data
Track sales performance against supplier quotas
Highlight new product/disease area potential
Deliver projects within deadlines and to the specified format
Minimum 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience within a Product Manager or sales role is required.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Please note this is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role working Monday – Friday.
50% office-based and 50% field-based
