Operations Intern → Full-Time

About the RoleThis is not a classic ops internship. We don't want someone who manages operations — we want someone who automates them away. You'll report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one: no slide decks, no shadow work, no coffee runs. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is manual, you kill it.This is a 3–6 month paid internship with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role for the right person. We're a pre-seed healthtech startup
