Financial Planning Operations

Up to £32,000 DOE + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

Looking to build a career in Financial Services with a business that’s embracing technology, innovation and modern ways of working?

We’re recruiting for a Financial Services Onboarding & Operations Coordinator to join a fast growing Financial Planning network, supporting adviser firms as they transition into a technology driven and highly efficient operating environment. This is a varied, fast paced role offering exposure to operations, implementation, adviser support and financial planning technology, ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to develop within the industry.

The Role

Supporting system setup, user access and provider onboarding

Coordinating onboarding and implementation activities across adviser firms

Maintaining project trackers and ensuring smooth delivery timelines

Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support

Helping firms navigate systems, processes and first client cases

Managing provider communications and resolving setup queries

Contributing to process improvements, automation ideas and operational efficiencies

Using AI and technology tools to enhance workflows and client delivery

What We’re Looking For

Experience within Financial Services, Operations, Administration or Client Services

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confidence using systems, spreadsheets and technology platforms

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Interest in AI, automation and operational improvement

What’s On Offer

Salary up to £32,000 DOE
