Up to £32,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and looking to build a career in financial services operations?

We’re looking for an Onboarding and Client Support Administrator to join a fast-growing financial planning network. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding and supporting adviser firms as they transition into a modern, technology-driven environment.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and adviser firms to ensure smooth onboarding, operational readiness, and high-quality ongoing client support.

What you’ll be doing

System & Provider Setup: Supporting system configuration, user access, and provider onboarding for new firms.

Onboarding Coordination: Coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining trackers, and assisting with training sessions.

Client & Firm Support: Helping firms navigate systems, processes, and their initial client cases with dedicated support.

Issue Resolution: Managing provider communications and resolving administrative setup or operational issues.

Continuous Improvement: Contributing to process improvements, administrative documentation, and automation ideas.

Tech Utilization: Using AI and technology tools to improve daily efficiency and support delivery.

What we’re looking for

Experience in administration, client services, operations, or financial services.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests.

Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets, and technology platforms.

Excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and sharp attention to detail.

A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and an interest in AI and automation.
