Office & Marketing Manager | Liverpool | £30,000 DOE

The Role

As Office & Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Liverpool studio while also contributing to wider marketing and business development activity.

Working closely with senior leadership, this is a broad role spanning office management, executive support, marketing coordination and internal operations. It is ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities within a creative, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Liverpool studio and wider business
  • Coordinate office facilities, suppliers and internal systems
  • Provide executive support to senior leadership including diary and meeting management
  • Assist with project administration and internal team coordination
  • Support bid submissions, presentations, award entries and marketing materials
  • Manage website updates, social media activity and wider communications
  • Help coordinate staff events, PR activity and business development initiatives

About You: - 1-2 years' experience within office management, business support or a similar role - Strong organisational and communication skills - Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail and written communication - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems - Experience with InDesign, WordPress or social media management would be beneficial - Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
