New Business Coordinator (Telesales)

Bradford and Marsh are recruiting for a New Business Coordinator (Telesales) to join a growing financial services organisation based in Warrington.

This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role, ideal for someone with experience in telesales, lead generation or customer service who enjoys speaking with people and working towards targets.

You’ll be joining a supportive and ambitious team, working with warm inbound and outbound leads through a dialler system, helping customers explore a range of financial solutions including second charge mortgages, bridging finance and residential mortgages.

Key Responsibilities in this role as a New Business Coordinator (Telesales)

Manage inbound and outbound leads via a dialler system

Build rapport with customers and understand their financial requirements

Discuss suitable financial products and available options with customers

Qualify leads and refer opportunities internally where appropriate

Maintain accurate customer records and notes on the CRM system

Work towards individual and team targets/KPIs

Provide a professional and consultative customer experience throughout

Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures

Requirements for this New Business Coordinator (Telesales) role

Previous experience within telesales, sales, lead generation or customer service

Confident and professional telephone manner

Comfortable working within a target-driven environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Good organisational and administrative skills

Motivated, resilient and proactive attitude

Financial services experience would be advantageous but not essential
