New Build Relationship Manager – Midlands

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group. As a leading force in the UK mortgage sector, we support an extensive network of AR firms and advisers nationwide, delivering market-leading proposition support, and regulatory oversight.

On behalf of one of our large AR partners, we are keen to recruit a New Build Relationship Manager to work within the partner groups Mortgage and ProtectionBusiness Development Team, owning and developing key developer relationships while identifying and converting new strategic opportunities.

As a New Build Relationship Manager, you will proactively manage key client accounts and drive growth across both existing and new relationships. You will act as a trusted partner and product ambassador, working collaboratively across all new build businesses within this large Group of AR partner firms to deliver value, innovation, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Plans: Owning and maintaining strategic account plans for assigned clients.

Relationships: Building and sustaining relationships with developers.

Contract Growth: Retaining and growing existing contracts while optimising commercial value.

Business Development: Leading new business development activity across multiple routes to market.

About You

Proven Experience: Strong background in strategic relationship management and business development within a mortgage / new build environment.

Relationship Builder: Able to build trusted relationships and open doors at all levels.

Industry Knowledge: Mortgage experience in the new build sector is essential.

Full Driving License is required

We will also consider hybrid type roles where your role is split between being a writing Mortgage advisor with a split of the New Build Relationship Manager responsibilities.

Base Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE and negotiable with an OTE to £60,000

The role covers the Midlands - the candidate must be based in the Midlands region.
