Network Implementation Engineer

Network Implementation Engineer | £450-£500p/day (Inside IR35) | London (2 days on site, weekend and out of hours work) | 6 months (initially) | Cisco routing and switching

We're looking for an experienced Network Implementation Engineer to join a major infrastructure refresh programme.

This is a hands on delivery role focused on implementation, migration, routing, switching and large scale network transformation across a multi-floor headquarters environment.

We're looking for someone who can deliver, execute projects against deadlines and has strong routing/switching experience (this is not a network design role!)

There will be out of hours/weekend work in this role.

Key Skills Required

Strong Cisco Routing & Switching experience

Deep knowledge of enterprise routing protocols including BGP

Strong core networking experience

Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technologies

Solid implementation and migration background

Experience working with

Cisco Catalyst platforms

Cisco Catalyst Center (highly desirable)

WiFi deployment

Nice to have

CCNP certification or equivalent experience

Exposure to Firewall technologies

Highly regulated enterprise
