£67,000 basic salary with annual bonus up to 10%

The Opportunity I’m working with a globally recognised aftermarket brand with a long-standing reputation for OE quality, technical innovation and strong distribution partnerships.
This is a high-profile national sales leadership role within the aftermarket division.
You’ll work closely with the General Sales & Marketing Manager, helping drive sales performance, develop strategic customer relationships and support the continued growth of key aftermarket accounts across the UK.
The role combines leadership, commercial strategy and relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both developing people and driving business performance. What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, developing and supporting the regional field sales team
Managing and growing relationships with key account groups across the automotive aftermarket
Supporting sales strategy, customer development plans and profitable growth initiatives
Analysing sales performance and implementing corrective action where required
Working closely with marketing, customer service, technical and finance teams
Supporting pricing strategy, distribution analysis and promotional activity
Building strong relationships across motor factors, buying groups and wider aftermarket channels
Representing the business professionally across the aftermarket network
About You This role will suit you if you:
Have strong experience within the UK automotive aftermarket
Understand motor factors, distribution networks and buying groups
Have experience in field sales leadership, national accounts or aftermarket sales management
Enjoy leading people while remaining commercially hands-on
Can build strong customer relationships and influence at multiple levels
Want a role with long-term progression and wider strategic exposure
