National Account Manager – Grocery

Biotiful Dairy is the UK’s No. 1 Kefir Brand and we have big ambitions. We are a fast growing, pioneering and ethical business who take pride in sharing our delicious and super healthy range of gut-friendly products with the increasingly health-conscious UK consumer.
To help us on this journey, we are looking for a Senior National Account Manager or experienced National Account Manager who is passionate, creative and ambitious and can help drive the continued revenue growth of our key Grocery customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive and relevant experience in Grocery account management combined with a relentless pursuit for better.

This role is responsible for driving the continued revenue growth of across two key Grocery retailers with high growth potential, reporting into the Head of Business Unit.
We’re looking for a strong relationship builder with a proven track record of driving growth in the UK grocery channel. This could suit a Senior NAM or an experienced Grocery NAM ready to step up, offering a role with real ownership, accountability and clear progression opportunities.
This key strategic role is responsible for growing our business across customers.
£10 million+ P&L responsibility
Ability to create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs
Business Development to secure new retail opportunities across the retailer channels
Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, particularly Category, Brand & Innovation, Supply & Shopper Marketing
Maximise range and distribution
Launch transformational product innovation
Best in class day to day account management
Effective cross functional collaboration
Relevant experience in Grocery accounts
A strong commercial mindset with a retailer/shopper first approach
Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME, thriving under pace
Team player with excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
Excellent data and analytical skills, with confident use of Excel
Highly organised with ability to prioritise their workload effectively
Reports into: Head of BU
Location: Hammersmith (London) - hybrid working
Travel: to UK based retailers/agencies as required
