At Reed Screening & Compliance, we help organisations hire safely and compliantly through industry-leading screening services. We're looking for an MI Specialist to deliver reporting, forecasting and commercial insights that support business performance and decision-making.

What you'll do

Produce MI reports, dashboards and performance analysis.

Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting for operational and leadership teams.

Create innovative reporting solutions and business insight packs.

Support invoicing, budgeting and financial reconciliation.

Build pricing models and support new business proposals.

Assist with forecasting and resource planning.

Work closely with Finance, MI and operational stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Experience in MI, reporting or data analysis.

Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Experience creating dashboards and management reports.

Commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Strong organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
