What you’ll be doing

As Merchant Onboarding Associate you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, oversee compliance and content setup, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolt’s high standards.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll

Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants;

Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates, in line with Wolt’s brand standards;

Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication;

Support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt’s service standards

Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases;

Fluent in local language and English;

Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools;

Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
