Marketing Manager

My client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role includes line management responsibility for one direct report and offers the opportunity to take ownership of broad marketing activities and strategy implementation. The successful candidate will work under the strategic direction of senior management.

Location: Enfield (Hybrid working available after probation, up to 2 days from home)

Hours: 8-4 or 9-5

Day-to-day of the role

• Manage and optimise our CRM to enhance customer engagement.

• Lead media marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Design and produce brochures and other marketing materials that align with brand identity.

• Oversee the management and updating of the company website.

• Support the introduction and promotion of new products in the Emirates market.

• Coordinate and produce diverse marketing content, including videos, articles, and other promotional materials.

• Take full ownership of marketing activities from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive/Manager or similar role.

• Strong background in strategic marketing.

• Exceptional marketing skills, with a creative flair and ability to think laterally.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives forward.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership qualities, with experience in managing at least one direct report.

• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to CRM management, content creation, and website management.
