Marketing Manager
Location: Manchester (1 day home working) Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing and ambitious organisation based in Manchester.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering engaging marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, creating compelling content and supporting business growth. Working closely with senior management, you will take ownership of marketing activity across multiple platforms and play a key role in raising brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
Manage social media content, scheduling and engagement.
Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and promotional materials.
Produce engaging content for websites, email campaigns and newsletters.
Keep website content up to date and optimise for SEO.
Support the planning and promotion of events.
Monitor campaign performance and produce regular marketing reports.
Analyse marketing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies and designers where required.
About You
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing including social media, email marketing and SEO.
Experience managing websites and creating engaging content.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Commercially minded with experience analysing campaign performance.
A proactive, creative and self-motivated approach.
