Description
Managing, coaching and developing the marketing team.
Leading sprint planning, workflow management and project delivery.
Translating business objectives into well-defined marketing initiatives.
Driving digital marketing performance across content, CRM, email and lead generation channels.
Using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the wider business and acting as a key point of contact for marketing activity.
Reviewing work to ensure high standards of quality, consistency and effectiveness.
Supporting the ongoing development of marketing processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
Managing external suppliers and agency partners where required.
Helping shape marketing priorities and contributing to wider commercial objectives.
Profile
You'll likely have experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Operations role and be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position.
Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly across content, lead generation and customer engagement.
Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
The ability to turn broad objectives into actionable plans and deliver successful outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insight to support decision-making.
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
Benefits to be confirmed by the employer.
Permanent position based in Birmingham.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days working from home)
