Job Description

We’re working in partnership with a fast-growing, highly respected events and media business to recruit a Marketing Manager for an exciting international launch.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy for a brand-new, high-profile design industry event launching in New York. You’ll build the marketing function from the ground up—shaping the brand, driving exhibitor demand, and delivering strong visitor registration numbers in a competitive global market.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, build-phase environment and want real ownership and visibility, this role offers both impact and progression.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns for a major event launch, working closely with commercial, content, and senior leadership teams.

You’ll be responsible for driving both visitor attendance and exhibitor acquisition, ensuring the event launches with strong momentum and market credibility.

Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across key launch phases

Develop exhibitor toolkits to maximise engagement and ROI

Digital, CRM & Performance

Manage performance across email, paid social, organic, and web

Content, Social & Brand

Deliver engaging content and social campaigns to build awareness

Ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging

Collaborate with design and content teams on campaign assets

Partnerships & Industry Engagement

Build relationships with key industry partners and associations

Support PR and launch activity to generate buzz and credibility

Identify opportunities for collaboration and audience growth

Budget & Stakeholder Management

Manage marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI

Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and delivery

Provide clear reporting and performance insights
