Marketing Manager - Luxury Interiors & Retail London - Hybrid (1 Day WFH) Salary up to £50,000 DOE + Benefits

The Opportunity

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a luxury interior design and retail business is looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly creative business with two distinct sides, a successful interior design studio and a growing retail offering.

This will be a broad, hands-on position with plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to really make the role your own.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Brand and Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead or similar.

The Role

Working closely with the Founder and wider team, you will take ownership of marketing across both sides of the business

The role will combine strategy, content, social media, email marketing, CRM, digital and campaign management, with a particularly strong focus on creative storytelling and content

A major focus over the coming year will be supporting the launch of a new collection. You will help develop the launch strategy, build anticipation and create engaging campaigns and content around the collection

You will also regularly work alongside the interior designers, including visiting projects and sites to capture behind-the-scenes content and bring the work of the studio to life.

Developing and delivering the overall marketing and brand strategy

Creating engaging content that reflects the quality and personality of the brand

Working alongside designers and attending projects/sites to capture authentic content

Planning and delivering campaigns for new products and collection launches

Building anticipation and awareness in the lead-up to launches

Managing email marketing, newsletters and customer communications

Updating and managing website content

Managing and developing the CRM and customer database

Monitoring marketing performance and identifying opportunities for growth

Bringing fresh ideas to the business and proactively turning them into action

About You

Experience within interior design, interiors, furniture, homeware or a related luxury or design-led brand

Experience launching a new product, range or collection

Experience creating and delivering marketing campaigns

Strong content creation and storytelling skills

Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects

A proactive approach, common sense and the drive to make things happen
