Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead, Southern Europe to lead regional marketing across Southern Europe, with France as the clear priority market and Spain and Italy as important markets within the broader regional scope. In this high-ownership role, you will operate like a mini CMO for the region by shaping strategy, influencing go-to-market priorities, partnering closely with sales leadership, and building programs that drive pipeline while strengthening Asana’s presence in market. You will navigate thoughtful prioritization across markets with different levels of maturity, investment, and opportunity, balancing immediate business impact with longer-term market development.

This role is based in our Paris office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

Lead the Southern Europe regional marketing strategy, focusing execution choices on France as the primary market while supporting broader regional growth through partner-led and targeted approaches.

Determine the regional marketing plan and mix across owned events, trade shows, customer programs, campaigns, webinars, partner activations, and account-based motions.

Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing investments directly to target accounts, priority segments, whitespace opportunities, and pipeline goals.

Own Asana’s end-to-end presence at key trade shows and industry events in France and across the region, converting those moments into visibility, engagement, and pipeline opportunities.
