Marketing Lead

Handle recruitment are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our clients global media and publishing company.

Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days office, 1 day remote) Contract: 3 months £305 Per Day

Overview An experienced marketing leader required to drive immediate impact, aligning digital activity with business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the marketing team, including Editors

Oversee cross-channel strategy (paid media, CRM, email) to drive performance

Optimise paid media (Google, Meta) and manage platform relationships

Rebuild email/CRM strategy (Iterable, Treasure Data, segmentation & automation)

Own budget management to maximise ROI

Champion data-led decision making and performance tracking

Establish efficient processes and a high-performance team culture

Influence senior stakeholders across European Consumer Revenue teams

Ensure marketing supports both acquisition and brand equity, including creative oversight

Skills & Experience

Strong digital marketing leadership experience

Expertise in paid media, CRM, and email marketing

Data-driven with proven results delivery

Budget management and stakeholder leadership experience

Able to prioritise and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
