About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join a growing marketing team, supporting the delivery of both internal and external communications alongside wider marketing activity. You'll help create engaging content, coordinate campaigns and events and ensure consistent messaging across digital and offline channels, making a real impact on employee engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver engaging internal communications, including newsletters, announcements and employee engagement content.

Support marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, website content and CRM communications.

Create, edit and proofread marketing and communications content, ensuring consistency of tone and brand messaging.

Assist with the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and wider marketing initiatives.

Maintain marketing assets, campaign plans and digital platforms while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a marketing and communications role.

Excellent written communication, copywriting and proofreading skills.

Experience supporting digital marketing activity, including social media, websites and email or CRM platforms.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop within a broad marketing and communications role.
