Our experienced team manages every aspect of campaign delivery, from staffing and logistics to branded equipment and full event experiences.
About the Role
Working as part of our Campaign Team, you will manage a varied range of marketing campaigns and events across the UK, from initial planning through to completion.
This role is based at our office in Pudsey. Applicants must live within a commutable distance or be planning to relocate before starting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning
Review campaign briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
Agree timelines, reporting requirements, purchase orders, billing details and practical arrangements with clients.
Maintain accurate campaign information, including staffing rates, expenses, shift times and invoicing details.
Create task plans, staffing instructions, location maps, equipment lists and campaign timelines.
Support the recruitment, selection, vetting and briefing of suitable campaign staff.
Coordinate venues, equipment, print, suppliers, travel, accommodation, logistics and couriers.
Manage supplier costs and monitor expected campaign profitability.
Complete venue documentation, health and safety planning, staff training and final pre-campaign checks.
Live Campaign Management
Oversee live campaigns to ensure they are delivered safely and in line with the agreed brief.
Monitor activity through photographs, feedback, results and location tracking.
Quickly resolve any staffing, equipment, venue, logistical or performance issues.
Provide clients with timely updates, photographs and daily or weekly reports.
Gather accurate campaign results and feedback from staff, customers and venues.
Record staff performance and share relevant feedback with the staffing team.
Keep internal teams updated on client communications and campaign changes.
Remain contactable during agreed busy weekend periods to support your live campaigns.
Post-Campaign Management
Coordinate staff debriefs, equipment returns, campaign close-down and the organisation of reusable assets.
Produce accurate final reports and confirm that all campaign requirements have been completed.
Complete financial reconciliations and review campaign profitability.
Evaluate performance and key learnings to improve future campaign delivery.
Hold post-campaign discussions with clients and identify further opportunities.
Client and Account Development
Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re-engage lapsed clients.
Keep client details and campaign records up to date within the company CRM.
Support LINK's social media activity by sharing content about current and upcoming campaigns.
About You
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with clients, colleagues, suppliers and campaign staff.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A proactive, practical approach to solving problems.
Previous marketing, events or campaign experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
The position may be particularly suited to graduates in Marketing, Events, PR or Communications who have gained some relevant work experience.
