Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to support a leading Dispute Resolution practice within a global legal environment.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams, the successful candidate will lead strategic BD and marketing initiatives, client targeting, profile-raising campaigns and cross-selling opportunities across the practice.

Key responsibilities include

Supporting and delivering BD strategy and business plans

Managing client relationships and targeting opportunities

Delivering integrated BD and marketing campaigns

Coordinating pitches, proposals, directories and awards submissions

Producing marketing collateral and digital content

Supporting lawyers with BD training and best practice

The ideal candidate will have

Extensive BD/marketing experience within professional services

Experience working within the disputes sector

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management and organisational abilities

A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach
