We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives across the EU, with a particular focus on key Q4 peak events. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you'll contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing programmes.

The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across both onsite and outbound customer channels. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help deliver best-in-class customer experiences while driving engagement and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer marketing campaigns.

Manage campaign delivery across onsite merchandising and outbound customer channels.

Help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle transition initiatives.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign launches.

Monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous optimisation efforts.

Support operational processes that improve customer shopping experiences and funnel performance.

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or a related field.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Experience

Ecommerce or retail marketing experience.

Onsite merchandising experience.

CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing exposure.

Ability to analyse campaign performance data and operational KPIs.

Experience supporting customer engagement and retention strategies.
