Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing and sales coordinator to support the business by delivering the marketing and sales strategy of the company.
About Brightelm
Brightelm is an award winning event agency and conference organiser. Based in Bristol, our team is dynamic, close-knit, and great fun to work with. We invest in every member of staff through ongoing training and development, and we actively support a flexible working culture, with a balanced 50/50 split between office-based and home working.
Key Responsibilities
To support the team in executing Brightelm’s marketing plan.
To provide marketing support for client and Brightelm events.
To monitor and respond to inbound leads.
To support each project with online research, identifying and making contact with new leads.
To use online tools such as email marketing software, CRMs, social media platforms etc to help support the objectives.
To update and maintain Brightelm website.
To monitor event inboxes and respond as appropriate.
To collate and report to management on relevant data in order to measure the success of campaigns.
To work closely with all functions to assist with the delivery of successful events.
Person Specification
1 years + experience in a sales and marketing or customer service related role.
A strong customer service ethic.
Ability to work to deadlines, to be adaptable and occasionally work under pressure.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Confident using graphic design tools such as Canva.
Experience using email marketing software such as Mailchimp.
Experience using CRM systems .
Strong English language skills.
Impeccable organisational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal prowess.
Sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
