About the opportunity

As a Marketing Analytics Engineer, you'll be a key part of the Marketing Data team, building the data foundations that enable data-driven decisions and contribute to business growth. You'll work closely with marketing data scientists and analysts, as well as the wider data community, to develop robust data pipelines and models that optimize marketing programs.

In this role, you will

Provide Clean Data Models: Design and model data to create a centralized, reliable data source for marketing data. You'll empower business stakeholders and analysts to answer their own questions by providing them with clean, reliable data.

Build Data Products: You'll use software engineering best practices like version control, continuous integration, testing, and documentation to ensure high quality and scalability in our data pipelines.

Improve Workflow Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimize how analysts and business users work with data, streamlining their processes and saving time.

Maintain Scalable Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to ensure marketing data is always available and reliable.

System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues within the transformation pipeline, providing sustainable technical solutions to ensure system uptime.

BI Infrastructure Support: Build and manage sophisticated data models within our BI tools to drive consistent reporting and data visualization across the company.

Collaborative Ideation: Actively participate in whiteboarding sessions and technical design reviews to ideate and develop new data services and internal tools. You'll work closely with marketing, data analysts and data scientists to align data strategies with business objectives and marketing campaigns.

What you need to be successful

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
