Marketing Analyst (CRM & Customer Analytics) Swindon (Hybrid - up to 3 days in office) £45,000-£50,000
We're hiring a Marketing Analyst to join a growing team, focusing on CRM, customer analytics, and campaign performance.
This is a highly commercial role where you'll work closely with CRM and Product teams, using data to understand customer behaviour, optimise campaigns, and drive better outcomes.
Analyse CRM and customer data to support segmentation and targeting
Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Identify trends across marketing channels and customer behaviour
Support A/B testing and experimentation (approx. 30% of role)
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence marketing and product decisions
2-3 year's experience in marketing, CRM, or customer analytics
Strong SQL skills (essential)
Experience with segmentation, CLV, churn, or campaign analysis
Exposure to A/B testing / experimentation
Strong communication skills-able to turn data into clear insights
Python or R is a bonus
Retail or consumer-facing background is advantageous
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £45,000-£50,000, alongside a competitive benefits package. This includes hybrid working (up to 3 days in office), strong development opportunities, and the chance to work in a data-driven team focused on customer insight and marketing performance.
