I'm working with a fast-growing, social-first digital agency in Manchester who are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join their Client Services team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing campaigns and taking real ownership of their accounts. The role You'll be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing campaigns from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal creative, social and digital teams. Key responsibilities include:
Own and develop client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
Lead projects from brief through to delivery
Manage timelines, deliverables and internal stakeholders
Lead client meetings, presentations and regular communications
Support campaign strategy and provide recommendations based on performance
Prepare and present client reports and campaign updates
Identify opportunities to improve campaigns and grow existing accounts
Work closely with wider teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Support junior members of the team and contribute to the wider Client Services function
What we're looking for We're looking for someone who has previous experience within a marketing, social, digital, creative or influencer agency and is comfortable taking ownership of client accounts. You'll ideally have:
Previous Account Management or Client Services experience
Experience managing client relationships and multiple campaigns
Strong understanding of social media and/or influencer marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities
The ability to work collaboratively with creative and digital teams
Most importantly, you'll be confident, hungry to progress and not afraid to ask questions, bring ideas and take ownership. What's on offer?
