This is a unique opportunity to join the SRTA Transformation team and play a key role in turning strategic priorities into practical outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders across SRTA, you will coordinate and drive delivery across business-critical initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting transformation, growth and M&A priorities across the business.

Connect to your opportunity
We are looking for a practical, commercially minded and delivery-focused SRTA Transformation Delivery Lead to help the SRTA Transformation team move faster, stay connected and deliver against its most important priorities.
This role is about helping the team get things done in a complex, senior stakeholder environment. You will work closely with the SRTA Transformation Lead, senior leaders and workstream owners to translate strategy into clear plans, create accountability, unblock delivery and ensure activity remains focused on business outcomes.
This is not a traditional PMO role. The focus is on translating strategy into action, creating accountability, driving momentum, managing dependencies and helping senior stakeholders deliver measurable outcomes at pace.
Overall accountability for strategic priorities will sit with the SRTA Transformation Lead and relevant workstream owners. This role provides Senior Manager-level delivery leadership across priority initiatives, ensuring plans are clear, stakeholders are aligned, risks are managed and delivery activity remains connected to SRTA strategic outcomes.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to understand the SRTA business, connect activity across multiple service lines and build credibility with senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone who understands how transformation, growth and M&A priorities intersect, and who can help convert strategic ambition into practical delivery outcomes.
The role will suit someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and delivery-minded. You will need to be confident operating in ambiguity, comfortable working with senior leaders, and able to use your knowledge of SRTA and M&A to challenge constructively, join the dots and move work forward.
What you will do
Drive momentum, accountability and delivery discipline
Own the rhythm of action, decision and dependency management across agreed SRTA transformation priorities, ensuring commitments are clear, visible and progressed to completion.
Translate senior leadership discussions into practical delivery plans with clear outcomes, ownership, timelines and decision points.
Hold stakeholders and workstream owners to account in a constructive and collaborative way, helping to maintain pace and remove barriers to delivery.
Anticipate risks, dependencies and resource constraints early, resolving where possible and escalating with clear options and recommendations.
Help maintain focus on the initiatives that will deliver the greatest value and impact for SRTA.
Support priority delivery and business outcomes
Lead delivery coordination across priority SRTA initiatives, transformation programmes and service line growth priorities.
Use your understanding of the SRTA business to identify dependencies, challenge assumptions and help teams make informed delivery decisions.
Develop practical delivery plans that connect transformation activity to business priorities, stakeholder needs and measurable benefits.
Work across service lines, transformation, learning, communications, operations and enabling teams to coordinate activity, align priorities and improve delivery effectiveness.
Support pilots, transformation initiatives and adoption activity by ensuring plans are realistic, risks are understood and actions are delivered.
Influence, connect and enable teams
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across SRTA, influencing decisions and securing alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
Join the dots across initiatives, service lines and supporting functions to ensure delivery activity is connected, coordinated and focused on outcomes.
Build strong relationships across SRTA stakeholder groups to ensure activity remains aligned to business priorities.
Bring clarity, pace and constructive challenge to ambiguous or fast-moving situations, helping teams navigate complexity and make progress.
Support colleagues to improve delivery discipline, action ownership and confidence in applying new ways of working.
Make progress, risk and value visible
Produce concise, insightful updates for the SRTA Transformation Lead and senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, outcomes, risks, dependencies and decisions required.
