We are looking for a Manager, Merchant Operations to join our Merchant Operations team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, performance management, and execution across key Merchant Success programs and initiatives. You will work closely with country, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned, performance is tracked effectively, and strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence how merchant operations scale across Wolt.
What you'll be doing
As a Manager, Merchant Operations, you will be responsible for driving performance visibility, operational rigor, and execution across a portfolio of merchant-focused programs. You will act as a connector across teams, ensuring priorities are clear, progress is tracked, risks are surfaced early, and teams have the support needed to deliver results.
