Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Executive Support Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing each EA, and will build processes that support their ability to effectively support executives across the company. This position requires an operational leader with excellent communication skills and previous experience managing 10+ executive assistants.

Impact you will have

Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 35+ Executive Assistants and Team Leads to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executives, EAs, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the EA team and Team Lead(s), ensuring optimal EA<>Exec support models and standardized processes.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to align the EA team's objectives, including standard operating procedures and policies, with the company's strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Team Building: Foster an inclusive environment aligned with Databricks’ Cultural Values for the team to operate as a cross-functional unit, despite supporting multiple departments within the company.

What we look for

Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in managing a team of executive assistants and team leads (managers) or similar leadership and/or process improvement roles

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects within a corporate setting.

Experience coordinating with 70+ Executive stakeholders across multiple functions, including navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
