About the role
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space joining our Benefits team as Manager, Benefits Operations.
As a dynamic and energetic professional, you will own the planning, implementation and overseeing of this chapter as part of the Benefits team.
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits Operations.
Key responsibilities
Hire, lead, coach, support a high-performance operational team
Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients
Guarantee no revenue leakage in recharging Benefits to our Clients
Improve & optimise on an on-going basis processes, workflows and tools
Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits
Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows together with Product
Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant together with Legal
Collaborate effectively and efficiently with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering
Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives
Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up
Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and Benefits team's goals
The ideal candidate
You have 5+ years of working experience
You have HR generalist experience and Benefits specific experience across multiple countries
You have operational experience across multiple roles
You have managed small or medium teams directly reporting to you
You have a customer-oriented approach, with a pragmatic personality
You are passionate about accomplishing goals and ensuring quality
You are passionate about team-work and developing people
You are able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
You write and speak fluent English
You have solid startup experience (nice to have)
You speak multiple languages (nice to have)
You have previous experience in working remotely (nice to have)
