You'll become part of the middle management team, working alongside an experienced leadership peer group while receiving external leadership coaching and development to support your own career progression.

You'll also be a genuine Finance Business Partner, working closely with the wider Commercial and Operations teams to influence decision-making, improve performance and help deliver an ambitious programme of investment across the business.

Yes, it's on-site in Tipton, five days a week.
