Management Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Media and Entertainment business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Management Accountant for 2 months.

Role

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Management Accountant to assist them for 2 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Maintain debtor ledgers by allocating receipts, reconciling customer accounts, and following up on outstanding balances.

Perform daily bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

Manage finance queries through shared inboxes, providing timely resolutions to internal departments, customers, and suppliers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.

Prepare and post accounting journals, including month-end adjustments, ensuring financial records remain accurate and complete.

Process and maintain prepayments and accruals in accordance with accounting standards and month-end reporting requirements.

Assist with the preparation and completion of balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances as required.

Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and company accounting policies.

Profile

The successful interim Management Accountant will have 2+ years experience

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits

This role is paying between £19-£24p/h dependant on experience
