Management Accountant

Robert Half is delighted to be recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a growing business based in Leeds. As part of its continued growth, the company is expanding its finance team and is looking to appoint a commercially minded finance professional who can make an immediate impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified to newly qualified accountant who is confident in month-end production and keen to broaden their exposure across planning and commercial finance activities.

Key responsibilities will include

Production of monthly management accounts

Supporting the month-end close process

Balance sheet reconciliations and review

Variance analysis and commentary

Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes

Supporting wider commercial finance activity and business partnering

Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

The ideal candidate will have

Part-qualified to newly qualified accountant status

Strong experience producing month-end management accounts

The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced finance team

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

A proactive approach and willingness to get involved in broader finance activities

Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
