Media Agency | Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) | £40k - £45k

We're partnering with a leading global creative agency to recruit a Management Accountant for an immediate-start, 3-month temporary assignment with strong potential to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative finance team where you'll play a key role in month-end reporting, process improvements and financial controls, while showcasing your skills for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

Preparing month-end accruals and prepayments

Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving outstanding items

Supporting monthly reporting and financial analysis

Managing intercompany recharges and affiliate invoicing

Reviewing and approving purchase orders

Supporting the Accounts Payable function, including invoice approvals and supplier queries

Assisting with VAT, tax and statutory reporting submissions

Supporting internal and external audits

Managing FX deal requests through treasury

Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and controls

About You

Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA

Previous Management Accountant experience with strong month-end exposure

Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability

Outstanding attention to detail

The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Advertising, media or creative agency experience (desirable)

SAP Vantage experience (desirable)
