Are you a part-qualified Management Accountant who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We are working with an international manufacturing business who are scaling rapidly. If you want to get into a role where your insight genuinely shapes operational performance - this could be perfect! What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Finance Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and operational support across the site.
Monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet
Insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Budgeting & forecasting across multiple departments
Variance analysis and performance monitoring
Cost-control initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Stock & inventory support, including counts, valuation, and reconciliation
Internal controls & audit compliance
Business partnering with operational managers to improve performance
Identifying process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency
What you'll bring
Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CPA
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong background producing monthly accounts to tight deadlines
Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Collaborative, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
