Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines core management accounting responsibilities with regular interaction across operational departments, giving you the opportunity to contribute to financial decision-making across several entities. You will also support and oversee a small team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen both their technical accounting and leadership experience. Skills Needed

Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, with a commitment to completing your professional qualification.

Previous experience preparing or assisting with management accounts and a strong understanding of core accounting principles.

Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across different departments and support junior members of the finance team.

Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail, with strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and financial reporting.
