Description

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support informed decision-making.

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting and finance processes.

Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors.

Support strategic planning by providing detailed financial analysis and insights.

Ensure timely submission of tax and VAT returns in accordance with applicable laws.

Profile

A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.

Proven experience in management accounting within the property or related industries.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and Excel.

Excellent analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Offer
