This is a varied role suited to a hands-on finance professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced software and technology environment, can manage both routine accounting activities and ad-hoc reporting requests, and is confident liaising with stakeholders in the UK and overseas.
Client Details
An organisation based in Weybridge, operating within the fintech industry.
Description
Support the monthly management accounts process, including reconciliations, ledger reviews, variance analysis and maintaining accurate financial records.
Assist with Group reporting to Head Office, including financial submissions, analysis and responding to finance queries.
Support post-IPO reporting, IFRS requirements and Group reporting adjustments.
Review monthly payroll, pensions and assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting.
Provide support across core finance processes, including invoicing, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, expenses and credit card controls.
Assist with year-end audits, statutory accounts, tax computations and ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and internal controls.
Identify process improvements and support ad hoc finance projects and wider team activities.
Profile
A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree.
Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Job Offer
£58,000 - £62,000 + bonus
