Description

Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available for stakeholders.

Manage complex reconciliations

Manage budgets and forecasts to support effective financial planning.

Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with teams to monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up to date.

Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Support the implementation of financial systems and processes as needed.

Profile

Professional Accountancy Qualified required (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc)

Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to handle complex financial data.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in financial systems and software.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
