We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a collaborative finance team during a genuinely exciting period of expansion. With ambitious plans, it is a chance to be part of something with serious momentum - not just maintain the numbers, but help shape the story behind them.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of consolidated management accounts across a small UK-based group, delivering detailed variance analysis and clear, commercially relevant commentary to C-suite and board level. A big part of this role is communication - translating the numbers for non-finance stakeholders, leading departmental cost centre reviews, and confidently presenting and defending your analysis when challenged.

The heavy manual lifting is being replaced by smarter systems and better data. That means more time for genuine analysis, insight, and influence - which is where you come in.

There's also a clear development path and scope to grow your remit and your team.

What we're looking for

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) who has done this before in a similar environment - ideally large company, high-growth, or multi-entity. You'll be comfortable with group consolidations, stakeholder engagement, and the kind of fast-changing reporting requirements that come with a scaling business. Experience with Dynamics 365 or Business Central would be a bonus, but it's not essential.

Above all, you'll have the confidence to hold your own in a room, the curiosity to dig into the detail, and the commercial awareness to explain why it matters.
