Your new role Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking for your next opportunity within a successful professional services business?We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation in Bristol. This is a varied role offering exposure across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding the story behind the numbers. The roleAs Management Accountant, you will:

Prepare monthly management accounts and provide meaningful commentary

Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls

Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight

Support month-end and year-end processes

Assist with continuous improvements to finance processes and reporting

Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making

What you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience within management accounts

Is part-qualified, qualified by experience or working towards ACCA/CIMA

Has strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data

Can communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Is proactive, organised and commercially aware

Enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment
